Here comes the new Hplus. Only windows version is available at this moment. 

What is HPlus?

HPlus is a user-friendly software application for estimating haplotype frequencies, inferring individual haplotypes, and most significantly assessing haplotypic associations with various types of phenotypes. For more information about HPlus, please refer to the download page.
