HPlus allows you to save the project you are working on in order to later continue it in HPlus. You may also export your results data to a text file.
Once data has been imported, you can save the project at any time except while an analysis is actually in progress. So you can save the project before any analysis is done (allowing you to perform another analysis from that saved project without having to reimport the data) or you can save once the analysis is complete. Either way, you can later load the project and tweak settings, such as the marker group used and covariates included, and then re-run the analysis.
To save the project just select 'Save Project' from the File Menu and specify a filename in the dialog box which appears.
Once an analysis has been performed, the results are displayed in the main frame. If there are multiple sets of results, there is a drop-down box at the bottom of the window which allows you to specify which set of results to display. However you can also export all the current result-pages to a text file for archival purposes and easier transition to other software. If you have segmented the data before analysing, the text file will include each analysis separated by a row of asterisks. Each analysis will be labelled with an identifier (dependent on the marker grouping you selected).
To save the results data to a text file, choose 'Save Results' from the File menu.
